Delivery and returns
ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERIES
The product is delivered to the delivery address that was indicated at the time of ordering.
The delivery of your product will be made within a period of time that varies according to the place of order, starting on the first working day following the validation of your order.
Delivery times are listed below:
- for France, delivery will be made within 24 to 48 hours (any order placed before 12 noon is delivered the next day);
- for Europe the delivery will be done in 2 to 4 working days;
- For international deliveries (outside Europe), delivery will take place in 4 to 8 working days.
When you receive the ordered products, if you notice that they are damaged, we recommend that you write detailed reservations on the delivery note, if possible, in order to facilitate the processing of your case. In any case, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible by writing to us at hello@illustreparis.com
In the event of delay of delivery, you have the possibility of solving the contract under the conditions and modalities envisaged by the article L.216-2 of the code of consumption. The Seller proceeds to the reimbursement of the product(s) and the delivery costs "outward" under the conditions provided for by article L.216-3 of the Consumer Code.
If you are absent at the time of the first delivery, you must collect your order at the address indicated on the delivery notice.
If you fail to collect the delivery within the time limit stated on the notice, the corresponding package will be returned to us. We reserve the right to refund you as soon as possible and to keep the product you ordered. The cost of returning the delivery will however be deducted from the total amount of your order. If you wish to make a second delivery, you must pay the return costs of the first delivery as well as the shipping costs of the second delivery.
The Seller undertakes to make its best efforts to deliver the products ordered by the Customer within the time limits specified above. However, these deadlines are given as an indication. If the ordered Products were not delivered within 3 days in France, 10 days abroad after the indicative date of delivery, for any other cause than the force majeure or the fact of the Customer, the sale could be cancelled at the written request of the Customer under the conditions envisaged in the articles L 216-2 and L 216-3, L241-4 of the Code of consumption. The sums paid by the Customer will then be restored to him at the latest in the fourteen days which follow the date of denunciation of the contract, with the exclusion of any compensation or retention.
